Conecuh County, Alabama is a small historic area in southern Alabama most known for its naturally dense foliage, abundant lakes and streams and of course, it’s Conecuh Sausage. Established in the late 1800’s, residents here still cherish the past, preserving many historic homes, shops, businesses and a historic district in Evergreen, Alabama. Tourism attractions include the Sepulga River Canoe Trail, Boggs & Boulders off-road adventure park, historic Booker’s Mill and the annual Conecuh Sausage and Collard Green festivals.
