Rowell, Owner - Broker
As a lifetime resident of the Atmore area, Debbie Rowell has an in-depth knowledge of Atmore and the surrounding communities. She brings 20 years experience, focus, determination, and enthusiasm to the real estate business. At first consultation with her, you will begin to receive good information regarding the real estate buying and selling process along with necessary facts about state and local laws governing real estate today. Prior to founding Southern Real Estate, Debbie has spent seven years in property-casualty insurance sales which provided her with great insight to the multi-faceted concept of sales and service in today's marketplace.

Helton Davis, Associate Broker
Patty Helton Davis is an important part of the team at Southern Real Estate Professionals.
Since entering the real estate business in 1997, Patty has gained extensive experience in real estate sales. Patty began her career in sales in 1976. She is very professional in her sales skills. In 1998 she also obtained her Real Estate license in the State of Florida. Atmore borders on the Alabama-Florida lines, so this allows Patty to serve her customers in both states. Also in February 1998, she became certified as an Independent Loan Originator, this allows her to help her customers in filling out loan applications.
Patty is active in the Atmore Lions Club; she has volunteered her time the past two years to the American Reads Volunteer Program in the local school system.
She is a member of the choir at Atmore First Assembly of God.

About Josh Davis, Realtor Associate
Josh Davis is an important part of the team at Southern Real Estate Professionals.
Josh Davis began his real estate career at Southern Real Estate in 2007. He has been an Atmore resident for 22 years and brings his knowledge of Atmore and surrounding areas to the Southern Real Estate team. This enables him to better serve You, the Customer by providing extensive information about the Atmore area as well as pertinent and current data about specific properties.
He graduated from Troy University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Prior to entering the real estate business, Josh was a school teacher and very successful coach because of his firm belief in 'going the extra mile'!! He brings this same commitment to his real estate practice by going the 'extra mile' for You, whether buying or selling, Josh understands that this is a major decision in your life and he wants to work for "YOU" to make all your real estate transactions a postive experience.
